Abstract

The aim of this research is to study current processes in the financial and budgetary sphere of the country, in particular
the state of Georgia’s domestic and especially external debt dynamics. The ratio of gross domestic product growth and
the amount of its gross domestic product, Analyze compliance with recognized international approaches and parameters
defined by the country’s legislation and identify the existing shortcomings based on this analysis.
Based on the analysis of compliance with the dynamics of the Georgian state budget and the main macroeconomic
parameters (including the forecast) of the country in 2010-19, the findings are made.
The final part of the work is presented in the recommendations of the state debt, protection of the marginal indicator of
the ratio of the gross domestic product and the country’s budgetary process.
