რეზიუმე

2005 წელს, ბოლონიის პროცესში გაწევრიანების შემდეგ, საქართველოს განათლების სისტემის ერთ­ერთ მთავარ გამოწვევას წარმოადგენდა სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული მიდგომის დანერგვა ქართული უმაღლესი განათლების სფეროში. მართალია, სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული სწავლების კონკრეტული განმარტება არ არსებობს, თუმცა, მისი მთავარი მიზანია შექმნას სტუდენტის ინტერესებსა და უნარებზე მორგებული სასწავლო გარემო. Leuven/Louvain­la­Neuve­ს მინისტრთა კომუნიკეში ნათლად არის გამოკვეთილი ფაქტი, რომ სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული სწავლება სტუდენტებს დაეხმარებათ შრომის დინამიურ ბაზარზე საჭირო უნარების განვითარებაში. აქედან გამომდინარე, წინამდებარე კვლევის მიზანს წარმოადგენდა ნარატიული ლიტერატურის ანალიზის საფუძველზე კონცეპტუალური ჩარჩოს შემუშავება: სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული სწავლება და მისი გავლენა კარიერულ წარმატებაზე. სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული სწავლება მოიცავს ორ ძირითად ნაწილს. პირველი ნაწილი გულისხმობს მისი დანერგვისა და განხორციელებისთვის საჭირო ინსტიტუციურ პირობებს, ხოლო მეორე ნაწილი მოიცავს ინოვაციურ სწავლებას. ჩატარებული ანალიზის საფუძველზე გამოვლინდა სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული მიდგომის შედეგად მიღებული უნარები, რომლებიც საჭიროა შრომის ბაზარზე წარმატების მისაღწევად. აღნიშნული უნარებია: პრობლემის გადაჭრის უნარი, შემოქმედებითი და კრიტიკული აზროვნება, კომუნიკაციის უნარი და გუნდური მუშაობის უნარი. გარდა სტუდენტზე ორიენტირებული სწავლების შედეგად მიღებული უნარებისა, არსებობს სხვა ფაქტორები, რომლებიც გავლენას ახდენენ კარიერულ წარმატებაზე. ესაა გარე (ობიექტური) და შიდა (სუბიექტური) კრიტერიუმები და ადამიანური კაპიტალის ცვლადები.
